.FRIDAY.080808.

i know. i promised. but janji melayu tak terkabul. lols.
but on the lighter note, im blogging. (:

work was uber fine. i've been given full junk of stuffs lately and hell i got to say, paper works and stuffs is really not my kind of thing. i mean, to rush everything up only to finish the task given on time before off work really hurts my my fingers, my brain and whatever organs that has got to do with work. picking up phonecalls has never been my favourite. for one thing, i've been receiving lots and lots of feedbacks from customers lately, and having to listen to their ramblings really burns my ear. just like yesterday, there's this local customer called and complaint tons and tons of stuffs.

me: Soonsteel international. Good afternoon.
her: can i know who's on the line?
me: Azhar speaking. What can i help you with?
her: Well azhar, i just want to ask. why is it soo hard for your company to quote for us only one item when we called you people? i mean, it wouldn't hurt having to spent only a few minutes to quote on one item right? and yet your company kept on asking me and my collegues to fax and email when telephone is much much more easier. it has always been like this.
me: okay. no. listen. our compa-
her: no. it has always been like this you know. where can like this? we're your customer and i think all customer deserves the right to get a proper and a better service than this. everytime without fail, whenever me or any of my working collegue ask you people to quote one item, you people always asked us to faxed or emailed to them. i really think you should bring this up to your manager and tell them about our feedbacks. i mean, why can't angeline (my collegue) just help us with one item? is it so hard? or even patrick or oxy or wendy? can't they quote for us?
me: no. you listen. as much as me, or any of my other working collegue like patrick or oxy or even wendy wants to help in serving your needs, we're strictly bound to do so. the only person who's able to help you now is angeline, which is our manager. but unfortunately, she have tons and tons of stuffs to clear on you see. i understand your situation. but you also have to undestand our situation in order to have a fruitful ties in future. but i can transfer you to our director if you're not happy with what we're doing now. is that okay with you?
her: no. its okay. i think talking to you would be enough. you might want to bring this up to the management or something. seriously. i think that should be it. now i have my say, thanks for listening.
me: okay. we sincerely apologise for any inconvenience. thank you and have a nice day.

so i hung up, ignore the ramblings, and didn't brought this up to the management. i think putting a deaf ear should be enough right? afterall, i still got tons of work to get done and having to entertain this kind of customer when its not my fault at all is really wasting my time. lols.
oh wells. whatever the shit is, having to experience this kind of matters really content me. for the more complaints i get, the better i know about SOONSteel International.
cheers! (:
